Shipping policy

Minty Choco ships worldwide from beautiful Iowa, in the heartland of the United States. We are committed to getting your goodies to you as quickly as possible!

We have two outgoing shipping dates per week, Monday and Friday, with the exception of holidays in which case we will either ship on Tuesday or Thursday, respectively.

Ready-made items such as keychains and jewelry will be shipped out on the following scheduled shipping day using your shipping method of choice. If an order is placed early in the day on a Monday or Friday, there is a possibility that it can be processed and shipped same day, but we are unable to guarantee as such.

As press-on nails are made to order, there will be an additional processing time (the time that it takes to create your nails start to finish) for us to work our magic before sending them out! Please note that this processing time is on top of the quoted shipping time at checkout. Most nail sets will be shipped within 2 weeks of order, though we will ship sooner if we finish early. During higher demand times such as holidays or a BTS comeback/tour, creation time may take longer, in which case this will be clearly indicated on our website banner so that you may plan accordingly.

Rush orders may be available for an additional charge, depending on Minty Choco's capacity to accommodate them. If you are interested in expediting your processing time, choose that option when you add your item to the cart. Please note that requesting a rush order impacts processing time only, and that it is your responsibility to also choose an appropriate shipping method that will fit your needs.

Customs fees or taxes may be required for international buyers; Minty Choco on behalf of DHL will collect duties and taxes along with your order if possible; this will be clearly shown as an additional line item in your order summary. However, despite our best attempts, we are not able to guarantee this service for all countries, and are also unable to guarantee accuracy of the charge. In the event that pre-collected international duties and taxes exceed the amount actually due, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. In the event that pre-collected international duties and taxes are insufficient to cover the amount due, you will be responsible for any difference due upon delivery. Please note that whether it is because of inability to pre-collect or because of a shortfall in the amount of duties and taxes due, any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
